How to book a provate event?

To book a private event, follow these simple steps:

1. Choose the event you’d like to book: Decide on the type of event and let us know your vision.

2. Contact us: Reach out via our contact form, e-mail, or phone with the details of your request.

3. We will schedule a free phone consultation: We’ll arrange a 30-minute free call to understand your vision and gather all the important details to ensure your event is perfect.

4. Share your preferences: Let us know if you’d like us to find a restaurant or venue together, or if you'd like me to rent a venue.If so, let us know your choices for the theme, drinks, music playlist.

5. Receive a personalized quote: We will provide a quote based on your preferences and the collaboration details with the selected venue.

6. Make a down paymen to confirm your booking, to save the date and secure the arrangements. Usually it's 70 chf that will be deductible from the final price.

7. Confirmation and organization: Once the down payment is made, we’ll finalize all arrangements and keep you updated at every step.
